We have the same problem. A little too much sugar and my whole family starts griping, whining, and sniffling! I always feel so dumb for letting it even get started because the sugar is so tempting and so addicting!

It started on Easter. I was doing so good and I fell off the wagon hard. I had cake, two pieces and a bunch of other sugary desserts. It was temporary insanity for sure! I can't eat like that. I feel sick if I do. Monday comes along and my sinuses are killing me. I am sneezing and blowing my nose like crazy. I feel so much pressure. I steam with ACV acouple times. Then I got desperate and poured a small amount of room temp. raw milk, 2 pastured eggs. a TB of honey and that is when some relief came. within a short time I was breathing through one side of my nose and slept great and today have no sinus pain. I have done this other times and it works for me. I got this remedy from We Want to Live by Aajonus Vonderplanitz. He reversed his cancer through an all raw food diet including raw animal protein. I have met him and he looks amazing. I will take note of your recipes as well, they look great!
