Yes, the raspberry sage vinegar is a special concoction I keep on hand for sore throats. It's all in one bottle and ready to go. I love ginger tea. I don't drink it for nausea specifically, just for the wonderful warming flavor!

You say you gargle a vinegar infused with raspberries and sage. Are both the raspberres and sage in the same vinegar? Sounds like it would be a good salad dressing :)
For colds and flu I use a vinegar infusion of garlic, chiles, onion, horseradish and ginger. All four are chopped up in equal volumes and steeped in raw cider vinegar for 4-6 weeks. The resulting infusion is strained, kept in a brown bottle and used at the first sign of cold, cough or congestion. I usually dilute a dropperful or two in a shot glass of water, gargle and swallow. It is amazingly powerful stuff and I started with just a few drops at a time in water until I could stand more without getting nauseous. I like to put some in soup or make a salad dressing with it too :)
My mom always treated sunburns with vinegar. I thought she was crazy.. but she wasnt :)
Oh - also, for nausea I really like ginger. You can either make a ginger tea by steeping fresh ginger in hot water for up to an hour, or make homemade lacto-fermented ginger beer, ginger water kefir or ginger kombucha :)
Great post!
