It’s going to take a LOT of work to convince the “health authorities” that they’re 100% wrong about saturated fat causing weight gain, heart disease, and everything else it’s falsely accused of causing. Too many people and organizations in positions of authority are dependent on Big Ag and Big Pharma to let the lies go easily.
