Katie over at Kitchen Stewardship is hosting a really cool feature on her blog. She’s asked a bunch of us “real food” bloggers to go head-to-head with each other. No, we’re not throwing punches, just sharing what we love about real food, what changes we have and will make to our diets and what results we’ve seen since embarking on a real food journey.

First up is a favorite blogger of mine, Ren from Edible Aria. Even though I’ve been reading his blog for several months, I learned something new about his journey today. Going head-to-head with Ren is Jo-Lynne from Musings of a Housewife. I’ve never read her blog, but now that I’ve met her, she’s going on my regular reading list!
